The College of Ministry emphasizes transformation before platform, character before calling, and presence before position, believing that healthy leaders build healthy ministries.
At the heart of this journey is the call to Bridge the Gap between belief and action, truth and grace, the church and the community, and where people are and where God is calling them to be. As students grow in spiritual maturity and practical ministry skill, they are equipped to carry the heart, values, and vision of Bridge Church into every space they serve.
Our prayer is that each graduate leaves prepared not only to lead ministries, but to love people well, steward influence responsibly, and boldly live out the mission of Jesus faithfully bridging gaps and building pathways for others to encounter Him.
