8-Week Leadership Development Program

Our Vision

To raise up grounded, gifted, and God-centered leaders who know the Word, live by the Spirit, and lead with excellence in impacting the Church and the Community.

What to Expect:

Leadership Labs – Mondays | In-Person, Monday’s 5:30–7:30PM

Teaching, group discussion, and practical leadership exercises.

Soul & Skill Workshops – Saturdays | Select Weeks, 9AM–12PM

Focused training for personal health, ministry skills, and growth.

Orientation & Graduation Saturdays | Opening & Closing Events

The cost of the College of Leadership is $400. This includes Bridge College Merch, Leadership Bible, Leadership Handbook, Journal, Leadership Book, Graduation Gift & Certificate.

We ask that a deposit* of $100 be paid at the time of registration and any remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the start date.

*deposits are non-refundable, but is applied to the total registration cost.
